Professor Eva Del Soldato has been awarded a STaRS Programme Visiting Professorship in the Department of Literature, Philosophy, and Communication at the Università degli Studi di Bergamo (Summer 2022). In Bergamo, professor Del Soldato will have the opportunity to work at the historical Biblioteca Mai, collecting material for her current project on lovesickness in Counterreformation Italy. She will also offer seminars related to her research while collaborating with leading scholars in early modern philosophy and literature.
