Local author Dave Emmi will present his book Garibaldi's Forgotten American. The Obscure Life of William de Rohan. The son of Swedish immigrants in the United States, De Rohan fought with Garibaldi for the Unification of Italy.  Mr. Emmi's book finally tells his story and brings to light interesting ties between Italy and Philadelphia.

This event is part of the Undergraduate Lecture Series to which the general public is warmly invited.
