A lecture by economist Stefano Zamagni organized in collaboration with the Robert A. Fox Leadership Program.
Full Professor of Economics at the University of Bologna, where he served also as dean of the School of Economics; Vice Director for Italian Affairs at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies; member of the Pontifical Academy of the Sciences by Pope Francis' appointment since 2013, Stefano Zamagni will discuss the challenges of global capitalism from the civil economy perspective. His lecture will be followed by a discussion with the participation of Sebastiano Bavetta and other Penn faculty and students. The Consul General of Italy, Andrea Canepari, will offer some introductory remarks.
