On the occasion of the 450th anniversary of Claudio Monteverdi's birth (1567), Italian conductor and harpsychordist Rinaldo Alessandrini will discuss aspects of "Performing Monteverdi's Coronation of Poppea Today".

The event is organized by the Music Department in collaboration with the Center for Italian Studies.
