The Italian Division and Center for Italian Studies are pleased to announce that Fabio Finotti has been elected to a 2-year term as representative of Faculty Constituency #7 (SAS/ Classical Studies, Germanic Languages and Literatures, Romance Languages, Slavic Languages and Literatures) of the Senate Executive Committee and the University Council.
In order to be aware of and involved in faculty governance, colleagues are invited to keep in touch with Fabio Finotti at italians@sas.upenn.edu. The Senate Executive Committee normally meets on a Wednesday of each month, as does the University Council. The proposed agenda for SEC meetings is normally published in Almanac one week prior to the meeting and a brief description of SEC actions appears in Almanac one week following each meeting. The SEC agenda and SEC actions are also normally posted on the Faculty Senate Website at: www.upenn.edu/faculty_senate.
