Riccardo Boglione

He received his Laurea from the Università di Genova, Italy, his M.A. from Boston College and his Ph.D from the University of Pennsylvania. He teaches Italian Culture at the Società Dante Alighieri of Montevideo Uruguay, where he lives. His research has focused on Literary Theory, Contemporary Art and the Avant-Garde movements with a special emphasis on the relations between written words and other media. He is the founder and director of Crux Desperationis, the first international journal devoted to conceptual literature. He works as an art critic for the newspaper La diaria. He published Ritmo D (Gegen Press, 2009) and Riscrivere l’illeggibile (Ocra Press, 2011).
